General Policies:

  • Check-in Time: 2:00 p.m.
  • Check-out Time: 11:00 a.m.
  • Front Desk Hours: 24 hours

    • Check-In Policies:

    • Must provide a valid government issue photo ID
    • Must be 21 years or older to rent a room

    Cancellation Policy:

    • 24 hour cancellation

    Pet Policy:

    • Pet Type: Dogs
    • Cost per night/per pet: $20
    • Maximum pet allowance: 2
    • Pets must be declared at check in. $50 fee for not declaring
    • All dogs must be on leash outside of room
    • Designated pet potty areas only

    Smoking Policy:

    • NO SMOKING in rooms
    • $50 fee and placed on do not rent if violated
